End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Overview

This End User License Agreement governs your use of Quiz Sprint AP (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Apple Standard EULA (iOS)

For iOS users, this EULA incorporates Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is any conflict, Apple’s Standard EULA controls for iOS distribution: Apple Standard EULA.

4. Google Play (Android)

For Android users, your use of the App is also subject to Google Play Terms of Service and applicable developer policies.

5. Restrictions

No copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works of the App.
No renting, leasing, sublicensing, or distributing the App to third parties.
No use of the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content and software in the App are owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. This EULA does not transfer ownership.

7. Updates & Availability

We may provide updates or discontinue features at any time. The App may be unavailable during maintenance or due to factors outside our control.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. Some features rely on third-party services (e.g., Firebase, App Store/Play Store).

9. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by the platform provider (Apple/Google). See our In-App Purchases page and the App Store/Play Store rules for details.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Termination

We may terminate this license at any time if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the App from your devices.

13. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of laws. Courts in Istanbul (Turkey) have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law states otherwise.
