Known Issues
If your issue matches one of these, follow the steps below before contacting support.
- Prices not showing: Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store and the device is allowed to make purchases. Re-launch the app.
- Credits not updated after purchase: Open the app again and wait a few seconds on the “Buy Credits” screen. If still missing, contact support with your Apple receipt email.
- Network errors: Check Wi-Fi/cellular and try again; some school networks block in-app purchases.
